Avara Consulting (Pty) Ltd, established in 2022, is a consulting company that provides professional services in the Home Inspection, Quantity Surveying, Information technology, Construction, Engineering and Project Management environment.
The company was founded by a group of professionals that, collectively have a vast amount of local and international experience, having worked in senior managerial positions in various private companies locally and abroad. The managing director completed a diploma in Building management and Quantity surveying from the Tshwane University of Technology as well as a MBA from the Management College of South Africa and spend more than thirty years developing properties and IT systems to support Construction, Engineering and Project Management in the property domain.

It is very rare to find someone who truly understands the meaning of effective service delivery. Leandrie Le Roux is one such person. She is a little fireball with so much energy who knows exactly what the rules are and how to apply them. A few expressions come to mind; ‘putting your money where your mouth is’ and ‘actions speak louder than words’. It is important to commend and validate Leandrie’s work ethic. If the world had more of her, what a wonderful world it would be; everything in its place and a place for everything! Having just met her during the COC inspection today, my first impression of her was one of astonishment that someone cared enough to do something about compliance.
