A home inspection is a visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the foundation up to the roof.

Our report points out the defects on each aspect of the home and tells you how it needs to be repaired, thereby also giving you a better understanding of the extent and seriousness of each defect found.

The inspector does not dismantle or damage anything in order to do the inspection.

An independent property inspection is an extremely valuable tool when buying, selling or building a home. Whether the property is old or new, during an inspection faults may be identified – these will be recorded in the inspection report and possible remedies (to fix problem or prevent future damage) will be suggested.
